Brief description of the work completed and capacity to staff and management of the contract requirements:

stackArmor was tasked with provided high-end AWS architecture and DevOps implementation support services for the FDA’s Trusted Cloud Platform. Specific services provided included:

– Cloud Architecture and Strategy for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS provided through a Shared Services Delivery Model.

– Cloud Governance and Cost Model Development for funding and operating the FDA’s Trusted Cloud Platform (TCP)

– Create branding and communications strategy and plan for driving adoption and awareness of the FDA’s TCP

– Develop hands-on self-service portals and tools for cloud readiness assessment, cost calculation and evaluating cloud services
