Jr. Technical PM for Compliance

The Jr. Technical Project Manager for Compliance at stackArmor, Inc. is responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of cloud migration, managed services, and managed security services projects, ensuring they meet time, cost, and quality parameters. This role requires strong program and project management skills, particularly in the context of FedRAMP, FISMA, and CMMC compliance solutions, and involves leading teams, managing client requirements, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform task management, schedule management, and some cost tracking for licenses etc.
• Co-ordinate delivery of cloud migration, managed services, and managed security services projects within time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Create and update schedules for projects, write down customer issues in project/risk register, and track and resolve issues with strong levels of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate understanding of cloud, cybersecurity and compliance projects including coordinating with other delivery teams.
• Manage schedules for multiple projects, engage customers, and track and resolve issues with strong levels of customer satisfaction.
• Co-ordinate and communicate with technical and delivery resources for projects to ensure completion of tasks and issues.
• Demonstrate understanding of Federal cybersecurity requirements such as FedRAMP, FISMA, and CMMC compliance requirements, monitoring reports and meeting SLA’s.

Requirements

• Experience in task management, issue tracking and resolution in a services delivery environment.
• Experience in co-ordinating multiple projects, customers, and teams with an understanding of compliance, cloud, or infrastructure requirements.
• Demonstrated proficiency with agile delivery concepts including scrums, phases, sprints, and ability to conduct cadence calls to ensure visibility of project progress and manage stakeholders.
• Demonstrable experience in operating in both commercial and government projects, with a preference for government cloud project management experience.
• The nature of the contracts and work associated with these projects requires US Citizenship.
