Intune Helpdesk and Office 365 Administrator

We are looking for a skilled and versatile individual to join our IT team as an IT Helpdesk and Office 365 & Intune Administrator. This role involves providing technical support for Microsoft Intune and Office 365 services, including administration, configuration, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Intune and Office 365 administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Intune Helpdesk Support:

• Provide first-line support for Microsoft Intune-related queries and issues, including device enrollment, configuration, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot Intune-related problems on various devices such as laptops/ desktops with Windows, iOS, and Android services.
• Assist end-users with Intune-related tasks, such as application deployment, policy enforcement, and remote wipe.
• Monitor Intune console for compliance violations and take appropriate actions to remediate issues.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve escalated Intune-related incidents and problems.
• Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials for Intune support.

Office 365 Administration:

• Administer Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions within the Office 365 environment.
• Configure and maintain Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution lists, and email security settings.
• Monitor Office 365 service health and troubleshoot issues affecting user productivity.
• Assist with the implementation of Office 365 security features, such as multi-factor authentication and data loss prevention.
• Provide end-user training and support for Office 365 applications and features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing technical support for Microsoft Intune and Office 365.
• Strong understanding of Intune concepts such as device management, configuration profiles, and compliance policies.
• Proficiency in administering Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent certifications preferred.
