VP Of Sales

We are a fast growing cloud security and compliance services partner with an exciting set of solutions in the security and operations management space. We were ranked #136 in the INC 500 and #26 in the Top 100 Cloud Managed Services Providers and are continuing to aggressively grow our FedRAMP, FISMA and CMMC compliance cloud solutions practice. We provide cloud migration, cloud managed services and managed security services for US Federal and DOD Agencies.

To support our continued growth, we are looking to add an accomplished professional to help continue to accelerate and lead our sales team for our FedRAMP, FISMA and CMMC compliance solutions. If you are a talented sales professional with hands-on experience with engaging prospects, identifying leads and driving the sales process to closed business, we’d love to hear from you. We are looking someone with the proven ability and experience with established relationships in the cloud, security and compliance market relevant to FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC and GovRAMP. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and expand stackArmor’s presence in federal and commercial markets.
  • Create pipeline, manage leads and close contracts to meet sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at cloud service providers, government agencies, and enterprise clients.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Establish and manage sales KPIs, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within cybersecurity, cloud security, or compliance sectors.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales organizations.
  • Deep understanding of FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC, and other regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Strong experience in government contracting (GSA, FedRAMP, DoD) and selling to federal agencies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement data-driven sales strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and a drive for excellence.

Salary Range: $185,000 – $225,000 per year
